The Science Behind the RX30 Workout and Why It’s so Effective

There is a point in every workout where if you were to stop, you would feel great. Anything after that will leave you too fatigued to get through the rest of your day. That point is 30-minutes.

Our bodies can only sustain a moderate to high-intensity workout for so long before we start to break down in form. And as a result, we establish bad movement patterns which carry over to future workouts and could eventually lead to injury…all because your body was tired.

The beauty of the RX30 workout is that it lowers the chance of sustaining too much muscle damage, so your body is better able to recover faster which means you can return for additional classes. This not only helps reduce injury, but it also helps make it easier to commit to a regular workout routine.

The RX30 workout is a progressive H.I.I.T style fitness program conducted in an organized and structured class environment.

These classes will increase strength, improve endurance, stamina, and help you lose body fat so you can get lean. Your RX30 class WILL be challenging, but it will leave you super energized. The movements are simple but effective.
